RCL FOODS is seeking a Production & Operations Intern to work closely with the Production Manager & Operations Team. The internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to a manufacturing environment, allowing interns to develop key industry skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Receive structured training & mentorship in operations & production
✅ Work on real projects & assignments from start to completion
✅ Support daily tasks & business operations in manufacturing
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
🔹 Must have achieved NQF Level 5 or completed S5 theoretical training in:
✔️ Industrial Engineering
✔️ Mechanical Engineering
✔️ Operations Management
✔️ Electrical Engineering (Electronic, Power, Process Control & Computer Systems)
✔️ Chemical Engineering
✔️ Mechatronics Engineering
📌 Additional Requirements:
✅ 50%+ average in all NQF Level 5 subjects
✅ Self-motivated & eager to learn
✅ Strong communication & listening skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
✅ Detail-oriented, logical & well-organized
✅ Strong analytical & management skills
