The Amathuba Learnership Programme is designed for unemployed South African youth to gain valuable financial industry experience while obtaining an accredited NQF Level 4 qualification.

📌 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ South African Citizen (18 – 30 years old)
✅ Unemployed & Not Currently Studying
✅ Matric/NQF Level 4 Equivalent with:
- English & Second Language: 50%+
- Maths / Mathematical Literacy: 50%+
✅ Never participated in a Wealth Management NQF4 learnership
✅ Available to start in May 2025
